Notes: Well there was no two ways about it, Fran in any form sucks. My shoulders are in a particularly bad place at the moment. Hi rep wods aren’t forte either. I tried a thruster at 45, the 30 and things fell apart after 5. The aim as far as I’m aware it to be able to complete each respective set of thrusters unbroken. I managed that at 20kg, I’m thinking 25kg would have been possible.
Pull Ups are still bad, I still can’t do stricts. Kipping I know isn’t the answer. Just need to work on building up strength there.
