21-15-9 reps for time
Notes: Scaled the deadlift to 60kg and the least said about the handstand push-ups the better. A rather poor video I took of the work out showed a few “stripper” deadlifts so probably best leaving the weight as is just. Did manage to do all 21-15-9 unbroken. some technique work and the weight should be able to go up next attempt. Handstand, although I modified the depth by stacking a 20 and a 10 plate… and an abmat to reduce the distance I had to travel, still only managed a few “strict”, went to pot after that. A LOT of arm/shoulder fatigue and m back was pretty much like a big C for most of it. More work needed there developing, handstand holds before trying the push-ups again any time soon.
