Hi, I’m Derek, a full-time 9-5’er and part-time exerciser with delusions of athleticism!

I don’t subscribe to any kind of diet and drink probably far too much coffee and alcohol than what’s good for me… and chicken wings, WAY too many chicken wings.

I have been trying to temper all the bad stuff with running for the last decade or so, and more recently this new fangled “Sport of Fitness” CrossFit.

Now if I can just get those first bits under control…
